Hanging meat transport. Specialised transport of fresh meat
We carry carcasses, pork half carcasses, beef quarters and hides in a trailer fitted with 550 hooks, with a payload of up to 21 tonnes, at 0…+4 °C. Hanging meat transport is our specialisation.

What we carry
Meat in carcasses and hanging cuts, and hides
Pork
Pork half carcasses from slaughterhouses to cutting plants, wholesalers and butcher shops.
Beef
Beef quarters carried on hooks, without touching the floor or walls of the trailer.
Hides
Hides from slaughterhouses and meat plants, carried in controlled temperatures and in line with hygiene rules.
Veal and lamb
Carcasses and hanging cuts, also in smaller consignments for domestic customers.
The journey
How we look after your cargo
Trailer preparation
Washing, disinfection and pre-cooling to the set temperature before the trailer arrives.
Loading onto hooks
Carcasses hung at the shipper's plant with proper spacing and evenly distributed weight.
Transport
A constant 0…+4 °C, with temperature recording and GPS monitoring along the whole route.
Unloading
Goods handed over with the shipper's documents. Temperature report available on request.
